We can only accept orders that are shipping within Canada. We prefer payments be completed using Etransfer but we can also accept credit cards via an email invoice. We can also arrange for PayPal payments, Cash through mail and Crypto Currency.
Etransfer Payments
Please create an order and you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the payment using Etransfer.
Credit Card
To pay using a credit card please create an order and choose that payment method. We will send you an email with a link to complete the payment.
Mail Order
You can mail in a payment using cash, bank draft or money order. We do not accept personal checks. Please create an order and you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete payment via snail mail.
Crypto Currency
You can pay using crypto currencies BTC, ETH or USDT. Please create an order and we will send you an email with instructions on where to send the crypto payments.
Shipping Information
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped using Canadapost and they come with tracking and guaranteed delivery. Get Free Shipping when you spend $250 or more.
How quickly are orders shipped & delivered?
We try and ship orders the same day or next day. If its Friday it will be shipped the following Monday. Expedited orders can take 7-10 business days but usually arrive sooner. Xpress orders usually arrive in 3 business days or less.
Can I get Free Shipping?
Spend over $250 to get the free shipping option enabled. We can only do expedited basic shipping for this method.

Refunds & Returns
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the quality of an order please contact the support team and we can discuss arrangements for a refund or replacement.
Can I return items?
We do not accept returns. Once an item is shipped you can deny at delivery and it will be returned to us but if you accept the package and open it we cannot accept a return. Please contact the support team for any issues with an order.
